treewide: refresh kmalloc_obj() conversionsgrafted
This is another run of the Coccinelle script for converting kmalloc() family of allocations to kmalloc_obj() via the existing rules in scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci This catches both the set of kmalloc() uses added since the first kmalloc_obj() conversions in v7.0 and adds a large group missed in the first pass due to Coccinelle not interacting well with the cleanup.h scoped_...() family of macros[1]. I worked around this with spatch's "--macro-file" argument to a file with all the scoped_...() macros mapped to Coccinelle's YACFE_ITERATOR[2] as that was the closest viable control flow indicator I could find. Build tested allmodconfig on x86, arm64, arm, loongarch, mips, powerpc, riscv, and s390 with no new warnings. + *
* EMULTYPE_TRAP_UD - Set when emulating an intercepted #UD from hardware.
* Indicates that only select instructions (tagged with
* EmulateOnUD) should be emulated (to minimize the emulator
* attack surface). See also EMULTYPE_TRAP_UD_FORCED.
*
* EMULTYPE_SKIP - Set when emulating solely to skip an instruction, i.e. to

*
* EMULTYPE_TRAP_UD_FORCED - Set when emulating an intercepted #UD that was
* triggered by KVM's magic "force emulation" prefix,
* which is opt in via module param (off by default).
* Bypasses EmulateOnUD restriction despite emulating
* due to an intercepted #UD (see EMULTYPE_TRAP_UD).
* Used to test the full emulator from userspace.
*
* EMULTYPE_VMWARE_GP - Set when emulating an intercepted #GP for VMware

* VMware backdoor emulation handles select instructions

*
* EMULTYPE_PF - Set when an intercepted #PF triggers the emulation, in which case

*
* EMULTYPE_COMPLETE_USER_EXIT - Set when the emulator should update interruptibility
* state and inject single-step #DBs after skipping
* an instruction (after completing userspace I/O).
*
* EMULTYPE_WRITE_PF_TO_SP - Set when emulating an intercepted page fault that
* is attempting to write a gfn that contains one or
* more of the PTEs used to translate the write itself,
* and the owning page table is being shadowed by KVM.
* If emulation of the faulting instruction fails and
* this flag is set, KVM will exit to userspace instead
* of retrying emulation as KVM cannot make forward
* progress.
*
* If emulation fails for a write to guest page tables,
* KVM unprotects (zaps) the shadow page for the target
* gfn and resumes the guest to retry the non-emulatable
* instruction (on hardware). Unprotecting the gfn
* doesn't allow forward progress for a self-changing
* access because doing so also zaps the translation for
* the gfn, i.e. retrying the instruction will hit a
* !PRESENT fault, which results in a new shadow page
* and sends KVM back to square one.
